**Job Description**
We are seeking a Helpdesk Professional - German Speaker to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat or self-service portal.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective support to clients' employees in the operation of user systems and peripheral devices.
- Performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and/or remote access.
- Monitoring IT requests and issues in the client's ITSM system, including categorization and prioritization of IT issues and requests.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and an advanced level of English.
- Good knowledge/interest in Telemarketing/Sales.
- Good knowledge/interest in IT.
- Previous experience in Outbound Sales and Business Development (not required).
- Excellent self-organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with high social competence.
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary of 22,000 euros gross per year, plus up to 2,400 euros gross per year in bonus. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career with us through specialized courses and language classes.
