Strategic Enterprise Client Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Client Growth Manager to maintain and develop long-term relationships with our global customers. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor for key accounts, including C-level executives, and collaborating with overseas customers and partners to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow customer relationships to achieve zero churn and cross-sales
- Control and audit delivery processes to prevent issues
- Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts, including C-level executives
- Collaborate with overseas customers and partners to drive growth
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B account management or project management
- Customer-centric approach with a track record of delivering customer success
