We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Client Growth Manager to maintain and develop long-term relationships with our global customers. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor for key accounts, including C-level executives, and collaborating with overseas customers and partners to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow customer relationships to achieve zero churn and cross-sales
  • Control and audit delivery processes to prevent issues
  • Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts, including C-level executives
  • Collaborate with overseas customers and partners to drive growth

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required
  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B account management or project management
  • Customer-centric approach with a track record of delivering customer success

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
