Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Expert to join our team in Greece. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. They will also work closely with the team to achieve targets and provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native speaker in Danish and proficient English skills (oral and written)
  • Tech Savviness: Knowledge of MS office tools
  • Patient and Empathetic: Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative individual
