About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone and/or chat.

Job Summary

In this role, you will:

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and provide account and application support.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings.
  • Offer accurate and real-time answers to customers' questions.
  • Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client.
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Native or proficient French language skills (C2) and fluent English language skills (B2).
  • Passion for the entertainment and media industry.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
  • Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
