As a Customer Service Expert in Lisbon, Portugal, you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. You will also fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.
- Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels.
- Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.
