Job Title: Customer Service Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users. You will troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions, and educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.
  • Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions.
  • Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up to date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
  • Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.

Requirements:

  • Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
  • Have experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.
  • Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
