Looking for a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support in managing contracts and invoices for our global real estate client. Key responsibilities include:

Main Duties:

  • Register and update relevant contract information in SAP for each client;
  • Centralize all necessary documentation for timely invoice issuance;
  • Update annual common costs and budgeted amounts for charging to tenants;
  • Provide information to the Collections Department for transfers, revocations, or terminations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management or Social Sciences (not mandatory);
  • Fluent in Italian;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (mandatory);
  • SAP knowledge a plus;
  • High level of accuracy and reliability;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
