About the Role

As a Spanish-English Hybrid Customer Service Representative at TTEC, you'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day. Your passion for helping others and your strong communication skills will shine through in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers in both Spanish and English
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and quality goals

Requirements

  • 6 months or more of related customer service experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
