• Responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries in Spanish and English
• Providing pre- and post-sales support for self-service products
• Answering phone inquiries and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner
• Maintaining accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish (C2 Level or Native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Excellent communication skills, good listening and empathy skills, and good time management skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
