Aethercore is looking for a skilled Spanish Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role offers the opportunity to develop customer relationships and deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Aethercore as a worldwide brand
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to deliver top-notch service
  • Develop strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless experience
  • Troubleshoot issues using open-ended questions, support documents, and system training
  • Offer tailored solutions to common problems or frequently asked questions

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Previous experience in customer/technical support (preferable but not necessary)
  • EU passport, residence card from Portugal, or Ukrainian refugee certificate
