Key tasks/ activities include:
- Monitoring the helpdesk ticketing system and allocating support resources;
- Providing first-line IT support to users;
- Technical support (install and configure) on computer hardware and software installation;
- Liaising with office and site users, IT applications team, infrastructure team to resolve operation issues;
- Properly maintaining records on incidents, escalation, tracking log and inventory control;
- Ensuring all IT services delivered comply with company standard practice.
