Xerox Business Solutions Southeast is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone/web calls.
- Resolves customer issues and complaints both internally and externally.
Key Qualifications:
- A-Level Education/Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Portuguese.
- Minimum of 6 months working in a similar customer support role.
