At Job Squad, we're looking for a talented Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients across Europe.
The RoleAs a Customer Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from clients
- Resolving issues related to ID and T-PIN, Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions
- Utilizing tools, processes, and methods to solve issues
- Ensuring excellent client service is delivered
Ideal Profile
- You possess native-level Danish language skills and fluency in English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer care is an advantage, but not mandatory
- You have a good understanding of computer handling skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research and identify the right information
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach
