Customer Experience Specialist

Seeking a unique opportunity in the travel industry? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable journeys for travelers? As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients' trips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking management: Alter, cancel, or create new reservations via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding reservations and attend to potential requests in the after-sales process.
- Manage reservations back-office: Issue, modify, and cancel tickets.
About You:
- A native level of French and a good level of English.
- Enthusiasm about traveling and the tourism industry.
- Knowledge of the value and impact of excellent customer experience.
- An attentive listener with strong communication skills.
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive.
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
