Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking management: Alter, cancel, or create new reservations via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding reservations and attend to potential requests in the after-sales process.
  • Manage reservations back-office: Issue, modify, and cancel tickets.

About You:

  • A native level of French and a good level of English.
  • Enthusiasm about traveling and the tourism industry.
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of excellent customer experience.
  • An attentive listener with strong communication skills.
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
