Job Description

The role of an Advertising Sales Representative at Cross Border Talents involves supporting clients in a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a team-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email to identify sales opportunities.
  • Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.
  • Providing solutions tailored to clients' goals and using existing data to make recommendations.
  • Qualifying businesses for handover to skilled account managers to increase revenue.
  • Using various tools, including MS Excel and Salesforce, to research, communicate, and sell to customers.

Requirements

  • C2 level Italian and B2 English language proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
