Customer Service Representative with Relocation Opportunities

About This Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers while working on projects of top prestigious and worldwide brands. As a key member of our team, you will be providing support to clients' activities, answering incoming queries from customers, identifying issues, and providing solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording data in our CRM system and providing ad-hoc support to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Answering incoming queries from customers and providing solutions to their inquiries
• Identifying issues and resolving them to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Recording data in our CRM system to track customer interactions and feedback
• Providing ad-hoc support to clients as needed
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery
What We Look For
• A native level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English
• Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• A drive for excellence and professionalism in everything you do
• Experience working in a team environment and a willingness to collaborate with others to achieve common goals
What We Offer
• A competitive salary package, including 1040€ gross/month including free accommodation or 1298€ gross/month excluding accommodation
