We are UNIT4 NV, a pioneering force in the cloud software space, dedicated to empowering people and organizations through innovative solutions.

As our esteemed Partner Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by fostering strong relationships with our Go-To-Market partners across various markets. Your leadership skills, sales expertise, and ability to develop comprehensive joint business plans will be crucial in achieving this goal.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with partners or in a sales position within a SaaS company. Demonstrated partner management and leadership skills, along with experience working with multiple partners, are essential for success in this role.

You will be responsible for generating net new sales revenue, managing overall relationships with each managed partner, developing go-to-market business plans, and supporting partners in prospect qualification and execution of new sales opportunities. Additionally, you will guide partners on necessary training and enablement to support their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales quota for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
