The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager & Acquisition Analyst to drive the growth of our marketplace in the West European region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new listings, managing host relationships, and ensuring high levels of host satisfaction. Your role will involve analyzing acquisition data, managing accounts, and implementing strategies to reduce churn rate.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new listings in the region, driving marketplace growth.
• Manage relationships with hosts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Implement strategies to reduce churn rate and retain hosts on the platform.
• Monitor and analyze acquisition and account management performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide exceptional support to hosts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of acquisition and account management strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in account management and CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Fluency in English and French or Spanish is mandatory.
