The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including creating an annual plan and budget for marketing requirements.
- Oversee the firm's overall marketing efforts, including social media, to maintain brand strength and expand global reach.
- Stay up-to-date with new marketing trends and industry news to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of architectural innovation.
- Ensure the creation of high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage the firm's brand identity across all platforms and maintain consistency in messaging.
- Oversee the development and placement of press releases.
- Lead content development for social media and the firm's website.
- Analyze performance metrics of marketing activities and campaigns, providing insights to leadership.
- Implement and manage Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Manage a team of designers and communication specialists.
- Prepare quarterly actual progress data against plans and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field, MBA or Equivalent.
- 8 to 10+ years' experience in marketing in a similar industry.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies for international brands.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Canvas, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools as a plus.
- Experience in the Architecture/build environment industry is a plus.
