About the Job

As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers who use our Insulin Management System. This includes:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ensuring smooth product shipments and order coordination
  • Providing guidance and support to customers
  • Resolving issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Fluency in English and French
What We Offer

We're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with:

  • Signing bonus of 1500 euros
  • Long-term fixed term contract with renewable options
  • Full-time working hours (40h/week) on rotating shifts (Mon-Sun, 24/7)
  • Salary conditions: 1040€ gross/month including free accommodation or 1240€ gross/month without accommodation
