Job Title: B2B Travel Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Travel Professional to join our team at Toptalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to travelers with personalized solutions
- Identify and resolve travel-related issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform knowledge to deliver outstanding service
- Build strong relationships with global teams
- Collaborate with the product and engineering team to drive product improvement
- Meet and exceed performance metrics
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Italian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English speaker with a B2 level and higher
- Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally in the travel and hotel segments
- Experience working with GDS systems, such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Worldspan
- Metrics-driven with a focus on success metrics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in using tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
- Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts
