About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Innovator to join our team, working with renewable energy systems. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support via phone, email, and live chat to troubleshoot issues related to installations and commissioning of renewable energy systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system and ensuring follow-up until cases are resolved

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in Technical Support, Electronics, or Electrical support
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • A technical solution-oriented mindset to resolve complex customer issues

Salary Information

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based opportunities.
