Nestle Operational Services Worldwide Sa is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to facilitate effective communication between business categories and operational teams, drive the progress of CRM projects, and capture forecasts to support the rollout of campaign plannings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, stakeholder management, and knowledge of marketing and branding principles. They will also be proficient in CRM tools and technology, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Klavyio being a plus.

This role involves coordinating engagement, onboarding, and training sessions, collecting feedback for continuous improvement, and serving as the single point of contact for IMS CRM Services. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities for improvement, liaise with global teams, and support the activation of IMS services available.

A day in the life of this role includes gathering information from business categories and keeping operational teams informed about scope of work and timings, volumes, brand guidelines, etc.
