Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, is seeking a Customer Experience Operations Manager to join their team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive closures and provide high-level customer service orientation.

The successful candidate will have solid experience with logistics/supply chain and related areas, as well as good knowledge of and experience with logistics companies and Supply Chain Management operations, from both origin and destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in shipment process handling.
  • Orchestrate the overall flow of an end-to-end shipment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently for coordination with stakeholders. They will also possess stakeholder management skills and relationship building abilities.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
