Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Experience Operations Specialist to join our team at FedEx Group. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact on customer experience and drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing technology solutions to improve efficiency, customer experience, and reduce costs. They will work closely with IT developers, business experts, and senior leadership to develop and maintain expert knowledge in FedEx systems, procedures, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage systems or processes to support business objectives
  • Develop and maintain technical requirements and user stories to guide system implementation
  • Collaborate with global IT, vendors, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Analyze data to provide fact-based recommendations to senior leadership
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards, and apply this knowledge to drive business improvements
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a Customer Care environment
  • Experience working in a Safe Agile development environment or significant Project Management experience
  • Quality Driven Management mindset and experience
  • Ability to adapt in a High Performance Management culture
