We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer service specialist team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support to our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide informed support

Requirements:

  • Native level of Dutch and at least B2 level of English
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
