Job Summary
The role of a Visual Designer (Strategic Sales Support) at Stats Perform involves collaborating closely with our Design, Product, and Sales teams to conceptualize and execute design concepts showcasing our products, solutions, and services. Your work will ensure alignment with the branding and experiences of key clients and prospects. This position offers opportunities to work on diverse projects involving leading technology companies, renowned sportsbooks, digital media outlets, and other prominent organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging solutions ensuring alignment with client or prospect strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client challenges and implement appropriate Stats Perform data and products
- Present thoughtful design concepts confidently and eloquently to internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously monitor industry trends to ensure design solutions are innovative, fresh, relevant, and thoughtfully crafted
- Apply Design Thinking methodology and UI/UX best practices to develop design concepts, ensuring user-centric, functional, and visually delightful outputs
- Tailor design concepts to suit various industries, platforms, and devices
- Create custom design concepts and templates enabling clients to visualize and implement their branding using our proprietary data-driven graphics platform
Requirements
- Professional experience in visual design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of design and UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative solutions across web, digital, broadcast, streaming, and mobile app
