Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Jujur. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their queries, and delivering a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on cosmetic products to clients
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Deliver clear information about products and services
- Maintain and update administrative forms
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in Greek, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- At least 6 months experience in customer service roles
- Knowledge of banking industry an advantage
