We're seeking enthusiastic Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about delivering exceptional support to our customers. A relocation package is available for EU candidates, making it easier for you to relocate to Portugal and start your new adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via free phone lines in Polish and English, providing friendly and efficient support.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in our database, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints following our clear escalation policies, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Ensure all customer queries are resolved within agreed SLAs, providing quick and effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues using open-ended questions, support materials, and your growing knowledge of our systems.
