**Role Summary**

The Business Enablement Capability Lead is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the execution of Business Enablement services at the Amgen Capability Center Portugal (ACCP).

This role requires a strategic thinker who can define and implement the strategic direction for BE capability, ensuring alignment with agreed service delivery metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and operations, with a strong focus on business enablement, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

**Key Accountabilities**

  1. Develop and implement the strategic direction for BE capability, aligning with ACCP's objectives.
  2. Oversee the management of BE services, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement.
  3. Foster and maintain robust relationships with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

**Requirements**

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • Broad experience in leadership positions, with a focus on administration and operations.
  • 6+ years of aggregated experience in delivering administrative support services.
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in other capability centers, and those possessing project management skills and experience.
