About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that align with our overall business goals.

Celfocus is a leading provider of digital solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our executive director of partnerships to identify and promote key solutions that we can bring to our partners, discuss and negotiate agreements, and ensure that both parties benefit from the alliance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the consulting industry and the types of alliances that are most effective. You will also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and with external partners.

About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and make a significant impact. As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and implementing an alliance strategy that aligns with our overall business goals, within the partner(s) assigned.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact for Celfocus.
  3. Promoting Celfocus's services through strategic partnerships, leveraging both Business Lines and Marketing teams' efforts, as well as other collaborative initiatives.
  4. Generating new business opportunities through strategic partners, identifying potential clients and projects, and articulating within the Celfocus Market Clusters and Business Lines teams to support them throughout the entire cycle.
  5. Monitoring the performance of the partner(s) assigned, tracking key metrics and proposing adjustments as needed.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in alliances management, business development, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and with external partners.
