We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key player in our expansion efforts, you will be responsible for developing data-driven insights, supporting local teams, and ensuring the effective execution of our growth strategy.

About the Role

In this role, you will develop crucial metrics for evaluating successful launches, devise methodologies, and bring these strategies to life in the markets that require them most. You will provide operational insights to local teams, translate strategic plans into concrete actions, and ensure our expansion efforts are thoughtfully planned and effectively executed.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Market Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate market opportunities, informing our expansion strategy.
  2. Playbook Creation: Develop and maintain expansion playbooks, aligning HQ and local teams on proven market entry strategies.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to inform decision-making, optimizing expansion performance and driving customer value.
  4. Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies to drive customer value and long-term sustainability.
  5. Financial Planning: Analyze market performance, provide insights for local teams, and allocate investments efficiently across regions.
  6. Project Leadership: Lead initiatives to optimize new city performance while preparing reports and updates for leadership.
