Brazil CRM Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team in Lisbon. As a CRM Executive for Brazilian brands, you will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan that reflects the local culture and sports/gaming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CRM Team Leader to discuss and create monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino);
  • Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and main KPIs;
  • Develop and implement multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions;
  • Analyze campaign results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc.) focusing on effectiveness improvements;
  • Collaborate with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc.);
  • Utilize multiple tools for executing campaigns;
  • Report directly to the local team leader.

Requirements:

  • Native Brazilian + fluent in English;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including a proven track record of campaign optimization;
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly;
  • Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results;
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove;
  • Online sports betting and gaming experience.

  • Base salary: To be defined with client according to experience;
  • Schedule: MON-FRI: 9h-18h;
  • 2 days at the office per week - Parque das Nações;
