Brazil CRM Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team in Lisbon. As a CRM Executive for Brazilian brands, you will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan that reflects the local culture and sports/gaming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CRM Team Leader to discuss and create monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino);
- Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and main KPIs;
- Develop and implement multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions;
- Analyze campaign results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc.) focusing on effectiveness improvements;
- Collaborate with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc.);
- Utilize multiple tools for executing campaigns;
- Report directly to the local team leader.
Requirements:
- Native Brazilian + fluent in English;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including a proven track record of campaign optimization;
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly;
- Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results;
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove;
- Online sports betting and gaming experience.

- Schedule: MON-FRI: 9h-18h;
- 2 days at the office per week - Parque das Nações;
