Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten CRM Executive, der sich unserer internationalen SSC-Team in Barcelona anschließen möchte.
Aufgaben:- Zusammenarbeit mit dem CRM-Team bei der Umsetzung von Kundenlebenszyklus- und verhaltensgesteuerten Marketingkampagnen
- Verwaltung der Planung, Terminierung, Prüfung und Bereitstellung von E-Mail-Kampagnen mit Salesforce Marketing Cloud und der Pardot-Plattform
- Datenbanksegmentierung und -verwaltung, um Kundensegmente mit spezifischen Kampagnen anzusprechen
- Aufbau enger Arbeitsbeziehungen mit den EU-Marketingteams zur Unterstützung des gesamten Marketingprogramms
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Content- und anderen Marketing-Teams zur Verwaltung inhaltsbezogener E-Mail-Aktivitäten
- Verantwortlich für die wöchentliche Berichterstattung über wichtige KPIs (Öffnungsraten, Klickraten, Konversionsraten, Abmeldungen usw.)
- Analyse und Bereitstellung von Empfehlungen und Aktionsplänen mit einer klaren Strategie auf der Grundlage von Ergebnissen und Daten
- Umsetzung bewährter Verfahren und Ermittlung von Bereichen, in denen weitere Verbesserungen möglich sind
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Compliance-Team, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alle GDPR-Datenanfragen verarbeiten und die Vorschriften einhalten
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen als Junior in der Implementierung und Verwaltung von E-Mail-Marketing- und/oder CRM-Kampagnen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit E-Mail-Marketing-Tools wie Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Selligent, Sendgrid, Sendinblue...
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, die Fähigkeit, Berichte zu erstellen und wertvolle Erkenntnisse und Analysen abzuleiten
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken, Datenanalyse, Segmentierung und E-Mail-Marketing-Plattformen
- SQL- und AMPscript-Kenntnisse wären von Vorteil
- Du bist ein hervorragender Teamplayer und verfügst über ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Du bist sehr motiviert, ergreifst die Initiative und bist in der Lage, dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu behaupten
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich - und die Fähigkeit, solide Beziehungen auf allen Ebenen aufzubauen
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Organisations- und Managementfähigkeiten
- Du verfügst über Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und eine positive Einstellung
