Job Description:

As an International Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts to meet or exceed targets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Analyze client needs and offer customized solutions to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
