Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and advice to customers regarding the company's tobacco products.
Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Recording data in the CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve success

Skills, qualifications, and interests required for this role:

The company is looking for individuals with strong soft skills, regardless of their field of study – they will provide training on every aspect of the job.
A native level of German and at least a B1 level of English are required.
Knowledge of the value and impact of good customer experience is essential.
Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people, is crucial.
Being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace is necessary.
Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle is a plus.
Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience is required.
A valid Portuguese work permit is necessary.

What's in it for you?
Type of contract: yearly or 6-month contract, renewable
Working hours: full-time options on rotating shifts (40h/week, 5 days/week, Mon-Sat 7 AM - 8 PM)
Salary conditions: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ – 1.000€ gross/month
For international candidates:
Reimbursement of initial flight expenses
Airport pick up
Yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within the EU)
Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival
Private health insurance included from contract signature
Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
