The Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization is responsible for crafting and implementing Microsoft's end-to-end customer experience. We're seeking talented individuals who share our passion for delivering customer success and are eager to accelerate their career growth.

In this role, you'll own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating with teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices. You'll also participate in communities with peer delivery roles, develop technical and professional proficiency, and contribute to product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer technical issues
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Participate in communities with peer delivery roles
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency
  • Contribute to product improvements

Requirements

  • Hands-on customer support or technical consulting experience
  • Application development and debugging experience in one or more languages or frameworks
  • Understanding of programming concepts and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting experience in Windows IIS, Linux, Container, Azure Web Apps, or Customer Docker Images
  • Deep experience with Open-Source Web technologies
  • Troubleshooting skills in Network or Active Directory Authentication
  • Familiarity with packet sniffers and debugging tools

Language Qualification

English language: confident in reading, writing, and speaking. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
