As an Expansion Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our presence in the UK market, working closely with our Sales & Marketing team to identify and create new sales opportunities that can bolster our expansion efforts.

Your exceptional communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and organizational prowess will enable you to generate a robust sales pipeline through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and creative approaches to engage key prospects. You'll qualify leads to understand their business challenges related to expense management and assess how Rydoo can provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Qualify outbound leads to understand their needs and potential fit for Rydoo's solutions
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align on market strategy and drive pipeline growth in your assigned region
  • Gather market intelligence on customers, competitors, and pricing strategies

Requirements:

  • Natural hunting ability – detail-oriented and customer-centric approach
  • People-first mentality – excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English (C1 level; other languages a plus)
  • 1-2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (previous SDR or outbound sales experience highly valued)
  • Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics
  • Highly organized and adaptable individual
  • Growth mindset – demonstrated quota achievement and/or success in prior roles
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation skills
  • Results-driven attitude
  • Team player with a compassionate and unselfish approach

  • Reporting to the Head of Business Development
  • Part of the Sales team
  • Location: Lisbon

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience
