Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily hotel operations, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage budgets, financial plans, and expenditure to ensure profitability and efficient use of resources.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance the hotel's reputation and revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Director or in a senior hospitality management role, preferably within a 5-Star hotel environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
