About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Binance. As a key member of our P2P market operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service function. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our users, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate actions to prevent fraudulent activity
  • Arbitrate customer disputes professionally and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Use Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify product improvements and present these to stakeholders
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer across the organization
  • Provide feedback through coaching and development opportunities
  • Ensure customer and complainant surveys are carried out continuously

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Strong ability in using IT for professional use and can handle technical queries from customers
  • Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener
  • Fluency in English and a native language
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectively
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a plus
