Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. This role involves providing Level 1 (L1) ICT support to users through various channels.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide L1 ICT support to users via phone, email, and other interaction methods.
- Support Knowledge Management, IT Asset Management, and Continual Service Improvement.
- Maintain IT asset management records and systems.
- Update and manage information resources in Knowledge Management systems.
- Contribute to Continual Service Improvement.
Qualifications
- IT Service Desk experience in enterprise environments.
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, MS Office, and common enterprise apps.
- Mobile computing solution deployment and management.
- User administration in MS Active Directory and Exchange.
- Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
- ITIL framework knowledge.
- Fluency in English.
