Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our growing international team in Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your customer service skills to the next level in one of Europe's most exciting destinations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries via free phone lines in Turkish & English, providing friendly and efficient support.
- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in our database, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints following clear escalation policies, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
- Ensure all customer queries are resolved within agreed SLAs, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues using open-ended questions, support materials, and your growing knowledge of our systems.
- Offer solutions to frequent customer concerns and contribute to the improvement of our knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish, with a good level of English (B2 or higher).
- A problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A team player who thrives in an international, collaborative environment.
