About the Job:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading online video streaming platform, providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying customer issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Document all interactions and categorize cases for future reference
  • Educate customers on product features and usage
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers. Your exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in Turkish (C2 level) and English (B2 level) are essential. Additionally, you must be proactive, organized, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary and Benefits:
