Turkish Customer Support Specialist for Global Video Platform

We are seeking a highly motivated Turkish-speaking customer support specialist to join our team at Work International. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Fluency in Turkish (C2) for written and spoken communication.
- Minimum B2 Level English Spoken and Written.
- European Nationality or Portuguese Work Permit.
- A proactive attitude, strong team-spirit, and ability to work flexibly as required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, identifying and troubleshooting issues to find solutions.
- Documenting each action taken and categorizing cases and possible bugs for our engineering team to address.
- Providing general and technical support to customers using our client's paid products.
- Escalating complex problems according to defined procedures.
