Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Operations Lead will oversee a team of Campaign Specialists allocated to Nespresso markets worldwide. This role involves managing campaign operations, focusing on the delivery of email marketing, Push, and SMS campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for team capacity, performance, and people management, driving excellence in Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) by ensuring Global Standards are implemented and business/internal controls are in place. Additionally, they will monitor the efficiency of operations and coordinate the execution of service improvement initiatives.
A Day in the Life
Work on implementing Campaign Factory plans and objectives, aligned with IMS and NBS strategies. Lead the team in establishing and accomplishing objectives as per stream priorities. Manage team goals and development plans, evaluate team performance, and conduct regular appraisals. Ensure the right team allocation to projects and perform operational reviews. Responsible for issue escalation to the Campaign Factory Manager. Run periodic meetings with Business/Market to collect demand, assess satisfaction, and ensure adherence to Campaign Factory ways of working. Identify Market/Business knowledge gaps and propose actions to fill those gaps.
What Will Make You Successful
As a Digital Marketing Operations Lead, you'll need to be people-oriented with previous experience in leading people/teams. Experience with CRM tools is valued, with Adobe Campaign being preferred. You should have knowledge of reporting/data analysis KPIs for email marketing. Demonstrating experience dealing with various stakeholders/clients and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. A demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement is also required.
