What You'll Do- Develop our market territory by prospecting clients in the education sector.
- Identify decision-makers, create proposals, and close meetings.
- Qualify prospects' business-critical issues and lead sales conversations.
- Develop compelling business cases demonstrating ROI for our solutions.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2Edu sales, preferably with SaaS and international exposure.
- Strong relationship-building skills at all levels of prospect organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proactive, personable, hard-working, and adaptable individual.
- Experience using LinkedIn.
- Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is advantageous.
- At least C1 English level is mandatory.
- Fluency in German is highly valued.
