Role Overview
As a Social Media B2B Sales Representative at Blu Selection, you will play a crucial role in amplifying sales growth for small and medium-sized enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be to provide dynamic support via email, phone, and chat to help businesses nurture their growth. You will be responsible for advising and guiding clients to develop tailored strategies, acquiring new advertisers, and supporting self-services for clients. Your passion for social media and excellent communication skills will enable you to translate your passion into results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Advising and guiding small and medium-sized businesses to develop tailored strategies
Acquiring new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies
Supporting and expanding self-services for clients
Providing pre- and after-sales support for all self-services
Identifying trends and conveying customer feedback to engineering departments
Requirements
Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (at least B2-C1)
Sales experience or success in sales
Impactful and persuasive communication skills
Passion for social media and ability to translate it into results
Motivation, reliability, and dedication to drive business growth
