Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Solving complex issues during the booking process with empathy and professionalism.
- Providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Following up with clients during their vacations to ensure their needs are met.
- Developing effective solutions, including refunds, to resolve client concerns.
- Building and expanding client relationships through proactive communication and lead generation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of French, with a good level of English being a plus.
- A passion for travel and a willingness to learn about different cultures.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to build strong relationships with clients.
