About the RoleAs a Digital Crisis Manager, you will coordinate activities during critical issues (P1, P2) understanding their impact on business and identifying improvements from lessons learned. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing high-critical issues with vendor and internal customer teams
- Promoting a collaborative and mission-focused mentality across all teams
- Identifying and suggesting improvements to existing processes and flows
- Ensuring overall system stability
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills, able to adapt to different contexts, teams, and clients. The ideal candidate should possess a sense of autonomy, motivation for international projects, and willingness to collaborate with other players. A background in PL SQL/SQL, Unix & Networks, Bash Scripting, and experience with Incident Management for Production Environment Ticket management would be advantageous.

CompensationWe offer a competitive salary package estimated at €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
