We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant fluent in Dutch and English to join our team in Porto. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing customs entry documentation, checking customs documentation for accuracy, and communicating with customers to resolve any issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office. The offer includes a direct contract with the client, an extensive benefits package, and development opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment
  • Check customs documentation for accuracy
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any issues

Requirements:



  • Fluent in Dutch (B2/C1) and good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
